bentwood | co01 contract chair

Design: Architect Adolf Krischanitz

Bentwood is used not just as a light and elemental base material but also as a design element for creating four types of furniture with striking traits and specific uses and connotations. A hybrid between chair and armchair is formed by the bentwood contract chair. Its back rest and seat are varnished or either covered with high-gloss piano lacquer, legs and armrests are manufactured from a single piece of bentwood and merged in a unique side element.
